I believe that for companies who are committed to create quality products the understanding of market comes naturally.

But nonetheless what you said is perfectly true!

@Aziz: I'm perfectly okay with what you wrote. Yes, a company must understand the market and the people they're selling their products, but that don't justify the quality of their product.

If the product is crap then there's no value in understanding the market.

Ummm, What you wrote is good, but you have to add on more value that companies can success but Can they keep their succession?

I believe a company that give products should understand the socialism in market 1st, then building a quality of services/products and in the end give their customers kind of special "you are the one". As I saw in Kuwait market many companies opened base on social relation and they have lived for 1/2 years then fall. because of gab between trust, quality and services.
