I’m confidently saying that real time web apps. will mark Web 3.0

It’s not just how we communicate, but how fast we communicate and Twitter has a big advantage.
I’ve seen the Google Wave developer preview video. Same thing.

So if you’re making a web application focus on providing data in real time.
